Wantage LEGO® Expo 2019

Running from 27 July to 31 August, there will be LEGO® models throughout the museum galleries and loads of LEGO® themed activities. Once again the Toy Planet will be providing a number of amazing displays, and there will also be an enormous LEGO® Castle.This year the expo has a theme of “Past, Present and Future”, so we are looking for submissions all the way from Romans to rockets! More details on how to submit your model for display will be coming soon so keep your eye on our social media for updates!
As well as the usual Minifigure hunts around town and the museum, there will also be the chance to take part in workshops, challenges, raffles and building a giant mosaic of King Alfred!

Other Information:
Suggested donation for admission £2 per adult, £1 per child.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and please note the Museum is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Build a Zip Line Cart Challenge Workshop

Wantage LEGO® Expo is back and bigger than ever!
During this year's expo we are running a series of workshops for children.
In this workshop the children will build a Zip Line Cart - Challenge.
All workshops are for children aged 7 - 12. Younger siblings are welcome to watch.
All materials provided.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
£3 per child. Must be booked in advance.
Museum Book Group

The Museum Book Group enjoy a wide selection of books with all members choosing their reading list then they get together in the Museum Cafe every second Friday of the month.
